Concluding statements: Nicole enjoys exploring her grandparent’s farm, but Olivia clearly has country in her blood. She’s always been a bit less clean and neat than Nicole by nature, we jokingly call her our little boy. Oddly enough she’s the more delicate-looking of the two, and I dress her more like a china doll because it goes with her coloring where Nicole always looked more Right in bright fun colors. Just goes to show nature vs nuture blah blah pile of hooey. She also likes dolls more than Nicole did/does. Some kids just like mud and bugs and it doesn’t really require deep pondering.

Also if you feel the need to chide me over the photo of my kids ignoring the DANGER : POND sign I will laugh at you and move on, because clearly you don’t know how completely paranoid I am about children and water.
