Check out this Vodcast from DIY Style! This is an adorable belt that's very unique, I've never seen anything that looks like this one. That's always refreshing! It seems to me that it'd be pretty easy even for a beginner to make. And good practise for long straight lines! I'd describe the belt as looking ruched, definitely for over dresses/tunics as opposed to holding your pants up, a decorative belt for sure. And the tie in the front looks super cute!
